How do you play the baccarat game?

Pick Player, Banker or Tie before the cards come out. Each hand gets two cards, a third arrives only by a fixed table, and the total nearer 9 wins. You choose once; the dealer does everything else.

  1. Place the chip. The betting window is open for a few seconds at a live table; the timer is on screen.
  2. Two cards each. Player first, then Banker, face up.
  3. Count the last digit. Aces count 1, two to nine count face value, tens and picture cards count 0. A 7 and an 8 make 15, so the hand is 5.
  4. Third card or not. An 8 or 9 on the first two cards ends the hand at once. Otherwise the draw follows the tableau — the full chart is on the rules page.
  5. Settle. Higher total wins. Equal totals are a tie, and Player and Banker stakes come back untouched.

What does each bet pay?

Banker wins slightly more often, so it pays a little less. Tie pays the most and costs the most. These are the punto banco numbers for an eight-deck shoe — the format every live lobby runs.

BetPaysHouse edge₹500 win
Player1 to 11.24%+₹500
Banker0.95 to 11.06%+₹475
Tie8 to 114.36%+₹4,000

Banker wins about 45.9% of hands, Player 44.6%, Tie 9.5%. On a tie, the Player and Banker bets push: nothing is won or lost on them, and Banker's 0.95 is the 5% commission at work.

Why do most players back the Banker?

Because the drawing rules favour the hand that acts second. Banker sees the Player's third card before deciding, and over a shoe that is worth a little over one percentage point, which the 5% commission only partly takes back.

Put in rupees: a hundred Banker bets of ₹100 cost about ₹106 on average, a hundred Player bets about ₹124. A hundred Tie bets of ₹100 cost about ₹1,436. The tie looks generous at 8 to 1, but the real odds of one are close to 9.5 to 1, and the gap is where the money goes.

No pattern on the scoreboard changes these figures. The shoe holds eight decks and does not remember the last hand.

Where can you play baccarat online from India?

At a live dealer table streamed to your phone. The lobby behind our button has standard tables, speed tables with rounds of about 27 seconds, and no-commission tables.

Minimum stakes are printed on each table tile. Speed matters more than it looks. The edge per hand stays the same, but at roughly 130 hands an hour instead of 75, the same ₹100 Banker habit costs about ₹138 an hour rather than ₹80. The live baccarat page compares the table types side by side.

Does the 500% welcome pack work on baccarat?

Baccarat is not on the pack's exception list, so baccarat stakes may not count toward clearing the 500% deposit bonus. The pack itself is 500% up to ₹1 lakh on the first deposit with x60 wagering.

It also carries a ₹50 free bet and 10 spins on Aviator. Read that before you deposit with the plan of clearing the bonus at a baccarat table. The bonus page lays out each part, its wagering and its three-day windows, with a worked example on ₹1,080.
